Frequently asked questions

How do I resize an image to specific dimensions?

Select “By pixels”, type the width (and height if you unlock the ratio), and click “Resize”. The output has exactly the dimensions you entered.

Does resizing reduce file size?

Usually yes – fewer pixels means a smaller file. Combine with Compress Image for the smallest result.
